Refund policy

At Serenel, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Please note:

• A 3% return processing fee will apply to all returns unless you’re making an exchange.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of the return label. Unless you bought redo with your order, in which case they will cover the return label cost.

• Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

• Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

• Serenel is not responsible for items lost in return transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
